Free Standard Shipping on All Orders
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium—no minimum purchase required.
Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping time.
- Estimated delivery timeframe: 4–9 business days from the date of your order.
Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Shipping Notification: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link.
Shipping & Delivery
- Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been shipped.
- Total Delivery Time: Including processing and shipping, your order should arrive within 4–9 business days.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) will be processed the next business day.

Important Notes
- Holiday Delays: Please note that courier delays during public holidays are outside our control and may affect delivery time.
- Order Inspection: We recommend inspecting your order within 24 hours of delivery. If your order is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Use it to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Jasmine’s Closet is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
- If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, return shipping fees and an administrative handling fee (up to €10) may be deducted from your refund.
- If you’d like the order re-shipped, you’ll be responsible for new shipping and handling costs.
Returns
Not satisfied with your order? You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled. To cancel within the 24-hour window, please contact us immediately at hello@jasmines-closet.com.
If the order has already shipped, please follow our return procedure after delivery.
