Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, Jasmine’s Closet accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must include the original order confirmation or packing slip.
Returns are accepted in the following situations:
- Customer remorse (changed your mind): Customer covers return shipping costs.
- Defective or damaged items: Jasmine’s Closet will reimburse the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@jasmines-closet.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
- Return Authorization: After approval, you’ll receive instructions for sending your return.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Shipping:
- For customer remorse, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or damaged items, Jasmine’s Closet will reimburse the return shipping upon review.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Do You Accept Exchanges?
No, we currently do not accept exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please initiate a return and place a new order if needed.

- Defective or damaged item? Jasmine’s Closet will reimburse your return shipping cost after review.
- Changed your mind? You must arrange and pay for return shipping yourself.
Re-Stocking Fee
No, Jasmine’s Closet does not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective)
- Sale items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Document the damage immediately upon delivery.

- Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
We will either arrange a replacement or guide you through the return process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped at no cost.
Please email us at hello@jasmines-closet.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation.
Once the order is processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
