30-Day Return & Money-Back Guarantee Policy
We offer a 30-day return and money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resellable condition—unopened, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, JASMINE’S CLOSET accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags included
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns are accepted for:
- Customer Remorse (non-defective items, change of mind) — customer pays return shipping
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we provide a free return shipping label.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us
Email our return team at hello@jasmines-closet.com to initiate the return process. -
Return Authorization
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization (RA) and instructions on how and where to send your package. A prepaid return label will be provided when applicable. -
Package the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags and accessories. -
Include RA Number
If applicable, clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package. - Return Shipping
- Customer Remorse: You are responsible for shipping and providing your own label
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Item: We’ll provide a free return shipping label
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Do You Accept Exchanges?
Yes, JASMINE’S CLOSET accepts exchanges, but only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind):
- Initiate a return first
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired item
Return Method
All returns are processed by post.
Customers must:
- Contact us to get return authorization
- Ship the item back (with RA number on the package if applicable)
- Use a trackable courier service

If the return is due to defects, damage, or incorrect item:
1: Download & print – The store provides a free return shipping label
If the return is due to customer remorse (change of mind):
2: Customer responsibility – The customer must cover return shipping costs and arrange the label themselves
Re-Stocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or modified items (without prior arrangement)
- Sale items and gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please document the damage immediately and contact us with photos and a description at hello@jasmines-closet.com. We will process a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was placed within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it—no explanation required.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

You may cancel your order at no cost before it is shipped.
